Shipping policy

We ship using USPS and track each order. This service is not  perfect and items can get lost or delayed. Your packages leave us on time and are packed with great care, using extra packing materials if the shipping distances are far from Florida.

Your tracking number will be assigned to every order and allow you to check progress after our pick-up. Please don't allow your perishable order to remain in your mailbox to cook or freeze.
